A 16-year-old St. Joseph girl was transported to the St. Cloud Hospital after crashing her minivan while trying to avoid hitting a deer.
The crash happened on County Road 75, just west of County Road 134 in St. Joseph Township. The 16-year-old lost control of her car and went into the median. The van became airborne after hitting an embankment of a turnaround and landed further east in the median.
