6th Annual Sons Of Norway Barnelopet This Sunday

On Sunday, January 20th, the 6th annual Sons of Norway Barnelopet will be held at Riverside Park.
This event is a free children’s Nordic Fun Ski event that is for kids’ ages three to thirteen. Cross country ski equipment will be provided by the Minnesota Youth Ski League until all equipment is lent out.
All participants will receive an Olympic style keepsake medal for this event. Hot chocolate, cookies, krumkake, valffler and rosettes will be provided and kids have the opportunity to meet real Vikings.
Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m., however pre-registration is highly recommended.
