With the start of the school year right around the corner District 742 is looking for your help.

The Local Education and Activities Foundation, or LEAF, says they are still looking for community members to “adopt a Classroom” LEAF Director Bruce Hentges says every year teachers spend hundreds of dollars out of their own pockets to buy basic supplies for their classroom. Through the adopt a classroom program donors will support District 742 teachers supply their classroom with items that the district is unable to fund.

In 2017 the St. Cloud Community adopted 79 classrooms with more than $19,000 dollars in donations, any one is able to adopt a classroom or make a donation to the project.
