Archived: Albany Man Convicted Of Two Counts Of Murder
A man from Albany, Minn., has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.
The Stearns County Attorney’s Office says that Robert Kaiser stood before a judge Thursday and was sentenced to 240 months in prison. On Oct. 28, 2016, Kaiser was charged with two counts of second degree murder.
A Stearns County jury found him guilty. One count was for the murder of his infant son. The murders happened in August 2014.
The court handed a large sentence because the vulnerability of the victim made the situation more serious.
