Animal Causes Vehicle Crash

On Sunday night, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office were called to a vehicle accident on Highway 23 near Stearns County Road 140.
According to the police report, 18-year-old Dylan Van-Ort of Cold Spring was driving West on Highway 23 when he attempted to avoid an animal on the road. Van-Ort’s vehicle then hit the vehicle driven by 28-year-old Allison Wolf of Cold Spring.
Wolf was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital by Gold Cross Ambulance with what appeared to be minor injuries.
