Two men were mugged at gun point in a St. Cloud State University apartment Monday night.

The St. Cloud Police Department says the men were waiting for an elevator on the third floor of Coborn Plaza Apartments around 9:45 p.m. when they were approached by two other men. One victim handed over his backpack when one of the suspects reportedly pulled out a gun. The two suspects then fled the building through an emergency exit and headed east.

One suspect is described as a white man in a black sweatshirt and gray cap with a gun strapped to his backpack. The other suspect is said to be a black man with dreadlocks in a red jacket. They left with the victim’s red backpack.
