A crash east of Osakis sent two people to the hospital Thursday morning.

Minnesota State Patrol Sergeant Jesse Grabow says a minivan driven by 51-year-old Wanda Lee Demarre of Little Falls was going west on Highway 27 just after 9 a.m. A car heading north on County Road 11 didn't yield, causing the vehicles to collide.

Demarre, 17-year-old Dakota Wayne Demarre of Randall, and 17 year-old Nathaniel Albert Zellgert of Little Falls suffered non-life threatening injuries and were treated at the scene. The driver of the car, who has not been named, and her passenger, 16 year-old Jasmine Marie Barnes of Redwood, were taken to Long Prairie Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

There were three other children in the van, but none of them sustained injuries.
