Discovery Community School will be launching balloons for Veteran’s Day in the memory of the late son of a custodian.

St. Cloud Area School District 742 says the balloons will be launched by students in the back bus parking lot in memory of Josh Kise, the son of Discovery custodian Todd Kise.

St. Cloud Technical Community College Foundation Executive Director Arlene Larson will be attending. She helped set up and create the Josh Kise Memorial Scholarship.

The launch will take place on Monday, November 12 at 2:30 p.m.
