Man Arrested on Felony Domestic Assault Charges

A 50-year-old St. Cloud man is facing felony domestic assault charges after being arrested Wednesday night. St. Cloud police arrested Michael Harvey Notch after the assault was reported in the 2900 block of Maine Prairie Road around 10:00p.m.
Police say Notch threatened to kill the mother of his 2 year old and 5 year old son and then choked the 29-year-old victim around the neck. Police found the victim outside when they arrived, she told them she was in fear for her life and for her children.
Notch is being held in the Stearns County Jail on felony domestic assault and felony terroristic threats charges.
