Archived: New Olde Brick House Seeks Liquor License, City Budget on St. Cloud Council Agenda

The City Council in St. Cloud has a few items of note on their agenda for their next meeting. There will be a public hearing about a liquor license for a bar and restaurant that is currently being remodeled.

The owners of Olde Brick House, formerly Rumrunners, is applying for the license. The bar is located on 6th Avenue South and 1st Street South is owned by Ringneck Restaurants Incorporated. They are planning to open an Irish Pub themed bar and restaurant next year and the business is currently being renovated inside and out.

There is also a public hearing scheduled to review the city’s code of ordinances on the rules and fee for St. Cloud’s Park and Recreation department. Finally, the city will hold a public hearing on its resolution to adopt its 2017 budget for enterprise funds.

The seven-member city council meets at City Hall starting at 6 p.m. and the proceedings can be watched on Charter Communications channel 181.
