An emergency water main break will close the northbound lane of Cooper Avenue North from County Road 75 and Roosevelt Road to the intersection of University Drive and Cooper Avenue beginning 9:00 a.m.Thursday morning. According to the City Engineer’s Office, the closure is expected to last two days.
