Archived: Police Looking For Two Suspects Involved With A Business Robbery On Thursday

St. Cloud Police are looking for two suspects in connection with a business robbery that happened Thursday night. At 10 p.m. St. Cloud Police were called to the business at the 10th block of Wilson Avenue Northeast.

According to the police report, witnesses said that two black men, about 18 to 20 years old, wearing all dark clothing with their hoodies pulled up over their heads approached the business from the north. One stood outside while the other went inside.

The store clerk inside the business said that one of the men entered the store, demanded money and waved a pistol. The clerk refused to cooperate and was struck over the head with the pistol. After a brief struggle, the suspect ran out the door and began to run north along Wilson Avenue Northeast.

The clerk did not require medical treatment. Officers from the St. Cloud Police Department and the Sauk Rapids Police Department searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects.
