A grand opening ceremony will be held for the opening of a new education building in Waite Park.

St. Cloud Area School District 742 says that Quarryview Education Center will be the new home for the Early Childhood, Community Education, and Adult Basic Education programs. 

Superintendent Willie Jett, Waite Park Mayor Rick Miller, and Board of Education Chair Al Dalhgren will all speak at the event. With St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce President Teresa Bohnen leading the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The event will be held on Wednesday, September 5 from 4-6 p.m. at 800 7th Street South. Tours, drinks, and food will be provided.
