Stearns Country residents should be aware of a series of road closures in Sartell and St. Cloud.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation says the ramp from northbound Highway 15 to eastbound County Road 1 will be temporarily closed after 7 p.m. Monday. The ramp from eastbound County Road 1 to southbound Highway 15 will also be closed temporarily.

There will be signed detours guiding drivers to Highway 15 and County Road 120 interchange. Both ramps are scheduled to reopen in mid-May.

Drivers are also reminded that the overnight closures of segments of Highway 15 between Highway 23 in St. Cloud and Highway 15 and Benton Drive interchange in Sauk Rapids will continue till mid-August.

The road constructions help to have a smoother ride, improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety.
