Snow-Related Crash in Melrose Sends Three To Hospital

A one-car crash in Melrose has sent three people to the hospital as the snow and ice continues to build in central Minnesota.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 44-year-old Jason Grandbois was driving west on Interstate 94 when he lost control. The car slid sideways and rolled three times into a ditch, where it finally stopped.

The Melrose Police Department, Sauk Centre Ambulance, and Melrose Ambulance assisted on scene.

Snow and ice were present on the road at the time of the crash.

Fourty-two-year-old Charlotte Grandbois and 7-year-old Anthony Grandbois were riding in the car. Everyone in the car was taken to Sauk Centre Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
