St. Cloud Man Arrested After Welfare Check Performed

Early this [Tuesday] morning St. Cloud police were called to the area of Riverside Drive and 6th Street Northeast for a welfare check complaint.
Upon arriving officers saw a vehicle resting against a telephone phone and the driver appeared to be passed out. The driver was identified as 44-year-old Matthew Leslie Radenbaugh of St. James who had methamphetamine and marijuana in his possession.
Radenbaugh was put through a field sobriety test and was taken to the Benton County Jail where he is being held on charges of 5th degree possession of a controlled substance, 4th degree DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
