St. Cloud Man Arrested For Terroristic Threats And 5th Degree Assault

A man is in jail after an alleged disagreement about a cell phone purchase.
According to the St. Cloud Police Department, 35-year-old Kenneth Bryan Deschon of St. Cloud was arrested on Tuesday night after a theft report was called into police. The victim, a 44-year-old man from St. Cloud told police that Deschon made a threat to get a weapon and harm him.
According to police Deschon also slapped and threw an object at the victim. The man did not sustain any injuries during the incident. According to the victim, the incident occurred over a disagreement about a cell phone purchase.
Deschon is being held at the Stearns County jail pending charges of terroristic threats and 5th degree assault.
