The City of St. Cloud is announcing a deadline extension of a road closure along 6th Ave. N.

The avenue has been closed since Nov. 7, between St. Germain St. W. and 1st St. N.

Originally, construction was supposed to last until Dec. 9. Now, the deadline is extended through May 13, 2017.

Detours will be posted.
