With winter right around corner parking regulations in st. cloud are about to change starting November first. 

KVSC News Director Spencer Schacht hit the streets to see if people parking their cars were aware of changes to come.

The red areas on the map show where parking is banned from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m.

The green area is where the Odd/Even parking schedule is enforced.

The blue area is where signs are posted.
