Community members are invited to a reception Tuesday evening to learn about the state of downtown St. Cloud.

The Downtown Council and Alliance Foundation say folks are invited to a program that will highlight the current state of downtown and what lies ahead. Food and beer samplings will be served.

The evening takes place at the Pioneer Place On Fifth, located at 22 5th Ave. S., from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
