The holidays are known as the season of giving, and Stearns County is exemplifying this by hosting a food drive.

The county says each county department is participating in the food drive. County offices are serving as drop-off locations for food items that will go towards local food shelves.

If you’re interested in donating food, you can visit the front desk receptionist at the Stearns County Administration Center or any of the county’s buildings.

Donations are accepted through Friday, December 21, when the county will deliver all food items to food shelves.
