Archived: Student Government Elections

Elections for next year’s St. Cloud State University Student Government body came to a conclusion over the weekend.

The ballot that all SCSU students received listed senators that students would like to see return, but most importantly students could vote on variations of referendum questions. Students were asked if they thought feminine products should be free on campus and if students were in favor of the new student fee charges.

Next year full time students will pay nearly $5 less while students below 12 credits could pay nearly $40 more per credit if the student fee referendum passes.

Results will be announced at the Senate meeting at 5:00 p.m. in the Atwood Ballroom.
