Tornado Intercept Vehicle Comes To St. Cloud State

If you were outside Atwood Memorial Center on Wednesday you may have noticed a strange looking vehicle that looked like a tank or a bat-mobile. It was not either of those; it was actually a Tornado Intercept Vehicle, used for getting inside tornados. KVSC’s Justus Sanchez has the AUDIO story. The full interview can also be listened to here.
The Tornado Alley IMAX film will be shown at the Science Museum of Minnesota starting September 28.
