In the aftermath of the Crossroads Mall stabbing in September, Stearns County is calling a press conference Thursday to update the public on the investigation.

The Attorney’s Office say the conference will take place Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Cloud Police Department.

Mayor Dave Kleis, Attorney Janelle Kendall, Police Chief Blair Anderson and FBI Special Agent Rick Thornton will be there.

The conference is not open to the public. Only media representatives with credentials will be allowed in.

Crossroads Mall was locked down the night of Saturday, Sept. 17 after 22-year-old Dahir Adan stabbed 10 people at Macy’s. None of the victims were killed, but Adan was shot by an off-duty officer during the incident.
