A Waite Park man was arrested on charges of terroristic threats Sunday morning.

Waite Park Police Department Chief David Bentrud says officers were sent to 701 7th Street South in connection with a threat complaint at 8:45 a.m. Investigation determines an argument broke out among two roommates which led 34-year-old Abdihajir Ali Sigar to threaten the victim verbally and with a knife.

Bentrud adds Sigar was arrested and taken to Stearns County Jail where he is waiting for court on charges of terroristic threats.
