Archived: Wind Chill Warning In Effect For Entire State

The wide spread wind chill warning for the entire state of Minnesota is effective until noon today.

According to St. Cloud State University Meteorology Professor, Bob Weisman, much of the state is engulfed in bitter cold temperatures hovering around the minus-teens.

Weisman forecasts temperatures will stay around -20 for much of the day here in St. Cloud. With a wind chill of -35 in St. Cloud this morning Weisman wants to reminds residents that exposed skin can freeze in 10 minutes or less.
