The dream of being drafted by a major league team not only came true for Husky pitcher David Deminsky, but he was able to have his name called by his hometown team. Minnesota was one of a number of teams who had expressed interest in the left handed pitcher who just finished up a standout career at St. Cloud State. Deminsky was a leader for the Huskies in their record breaking 2010 season and finished with a personal 9-4 record and 107 strikeouts.
