Men's Basketball Picked to Finish 2nd in NSIC

The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference released their preseason men’s basketball coaches poll and it has the SCSU men’s basketball team picked to finish second behind Winona State.
The Huskies earned four first place votes and 157 points total in the poll after one of the best seasons in school history in 2009-2010. In last year’s campaign, SCSU charted a record of 29-6, winning the NSIC Tournament Championship, the NCAA Division Two Central Region Championship and going as far as the NCAA Final Four.
St. Cloud will kick off their 2010-2011 season on November 15th against St. John’s in Collegeville with tip-off at 7:00 p.m.
