Men's Track Dominates Warrior Open, Women Place 4th

The SCSU men's track team finished with 209 points at the Warrior Open in Winona, MN on Saturday. The Huskies point total was nearly double that of second place MSU-Mankato's 120.
MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS: Kyle Neumann won the 1500 meter run, Derek Barett won the 110 meter hurdles, Lucas Windholz won the 800 meter run, Jeremy Davis took the 400 meter hurdles, Tendeh Brownell won the 200 meter dash, Gemechu Bekelcho won the 5000 meter run, and the team took home the 4x400 meter relay.
The women's track and field team finished in fourth place with 90 points. Winona State won the event with just over 268 points.
WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS: Felicia Carlson won the 100 meter dash, and Kelsey King won the 400 meter hurdle event. The Huskies also had several top-five finishers.
