Schwenke Named Pitcher of the Week

St. Cloud State senior closer Ryne Schwenke had a great week out of the bullpen for the Huskies this last week and it has earned him Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Pitcher of the Week honors.
The hurler pitched six innings out of the bullpen for St. Cloud State giving up no runs and picking up a save. Schwenke also garnered a win in relief of starter Logan Birr on April 21st against the Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs.
The Sigourney, Iowa native has pitched 21.2 innings this season and sports a 0.83 earned-run-average for the Huskies.
