willm.png1.) When did you get involved with 88.1 FM?
Summer of 2011

2.)  What show(s) do you currently host on KVSC and what programs have you hosted in the past?
I've done the Morning Show Part 2 and the Afternoon Progressive Rock Show. Right now I'm doing Neighborhoods of the World and Sisters.

3.)  Please list some of the artists and musicians you consider to be a must play on your show(s)?
Indie rock giants like The Decemberists, Arcade Fire, and Sufjan Stevens, downtempo electronica, or anything I find in the studio with a sweet album cover.

4.) Why are you involved with independent community radio at 88.1 FM?
Because KVSC is unlike any radio station I've ever heard, playing so much amazing and rare music, being made up of awesome people, and hosting the legendary Trivia Weekend.

5.)  What is in your personal CD player, iPod, or mp3 right now (BE HONEST)?
My iPod currently contains copius amounts of 80's electropop, both rock operas by The Who, and a half dozen video game soundtracks.  My CD player contains a few badly scratched Rush CDs a crazy old man in Michigan sold me. Needless to say, I got ripped off.

6.)  Please disclose the most embarrassing music moment or concert youíve attended or album youíve bought (perhaps even shameful)
My first 3 albums as a kid: NSync's debut album, Backstreet Boys' "Millennium", and the Space Jam soundtrack. No regrets on the third one.

7.)  What are your hobbies and interest?
Writing, drawing, bass guitar, scheming/being up to no good, collecting old-school Nintendo games. I am also an avid Packers fan.

8.)  When you are not at work or KVSC, where can you most likely be found?
ON the campus of St. John's University in Collegeville.

9.)  If it were the end of the world and you could only take five things with you, what would they be (BE HONEST)?
The five rings from Captain Planet.

10.)  What do you think is the future of radio?
With an ever-growing influence of the internet, more music will become more widely available, meaning more listeners in more places, and ultimately, a revitalized interest in radio
