I host the Neighborhoods of the World show Saturdays.
3.) Please list some of the artists and musicians you consider to be a must play on your show(s)?
4.) Why are you involved with independent community radio at 88.1 FM?
I have been involved in Public Radio for six years now. I started at KBEM down in Minneapolis and then came up here to St. Cloud because I wanted to continue my career in radio broadcasting. Also I wasn’t really into Commercial radio.
5.) what is in your personal CD player, iPod, or mp3 right now (BE HONEST)?
Outkast, Hey Ya.
6.) Please disclose the most embarrassing music moment or concert you’ve attended or album you’ve bought (perhaps even shameful)?
I once played Van Halen on the air when I was in my final sit in before I was given my own show.
7.) What are your hobbies and interests?
Anime, Manga, Radio, Video games, Watching TV and hanging out with friends.
8.) When you are not at work or KVSC, where can you most likely be found?
Most likely in my dorm room, sometimes I can be found in Atwood though.
9.) If it were the end of the world and you could only take five things with you, what would they be (BE HONEST)?
My Laptop, my memory cards. My cards, clothes, my friends.
10.) What do you think is the future of radio?
I think that radio will continue. Even if it has to go online, you will still need personalities to go on the air as well as people to run the station. I have to say that Radio will be around for a long time to come.
