1.) When did you get involved with 88.1 FM?
Sometime before the finals of spring 2011.

2.)  What show(s) do you currently host on KVSC and what programs have you hosted in the past?
I presently host Free Form Friday. I have hosted the Late night progressive Rock Show in the past. Otherwise I try to fill in as much as I can handle.

3.)  Please list some of the artists and musicians you consider to be a must play on your show(s)?
Ok Top Ten - READY - SET- GO! Mogwai, Beirut, Iron & Wine, Red Sparowes, Placebo, BT, Explosions in the Sky, The Decemberists, The Exploited, Minor Threat.

4.) Why are you involved with independent community radio at 88.1 FM?
There is truly a sea of music out there. I owe it to my self to explore it. Moreover, if I have the inclination and the time I should help any and all services that help bring that to others so that they may enjoy it if they are so inclined.
5.)  What is in your personal CD player, iPod, or mp3 right now (BE HONEST)?
Wow that’s a lot of music but the last five things I listened to are this: Fleet Foxes - White Winter Hymnal, Bon Iver - re: Stacks, The Decemberists - California One / Youth and Beauty Brigade, Iron & Wine - Jezebel, Beirut - My Night with the Prostitute From Marseille

6.)  Please disclose the most embarrassing music moment or concert you’ve attended or album you’ve bought (perhaps even shameful)?
Oh man that one is easy when I said one of the bands I liked the best, like top 25 or so, was “…and you will know them by their trail of dead” rather then “A Place to Bury Strangers”. Really I didn’t just say I liked the former I went on and on about how good they were. Wow I really hate …and you will know them by their trail of dead.

7.)  What are your hobbies and interest?
I am a Zen Buddhist so that is clearly in there, I work in acrylic paints, I am a fervent lover of Go which is a Japanese game of strategy, I play some Chinese Mahjong,  I am obsessed with Proper European football, Rugby, Daoism, Western Philosophy (I have four years of analytic western philosophic training from SCSU), Literature is a massive love of mine, I am a also a very huge fan of the cinema.

8.)  When you are not at work or KVSC, where can you most likely be found?
At any punk show (in the mosh pit!), in front of a Go board, watching European Football, Reading the sutras, watching a movie, those all seem like viable options to me.

9.)  If it were the end of the world and you could only take five things with you, what would they be (BE HONEST)?
My Messenger bag (or a better one), My Hoodie, A good pair of shoes, My Ipod (which would have to include all supporting equipment of course), And The Diamond Sutra .

10.)  What do you think is the future of radio?
The unconditional surrender of Top-40 radio to college radio. viva la revolution!
