Two people from St. Cloud were arrested on Friday of charges relating to felony level Promotion of Prostitution.

The Central Minnesota Human Trafficking Task Force says that 48-year-old Sufeng Jiang and 49-year-old Randy Wittner were arrested after the Waite Park Police received multiple complaints about possible illicit sexual acts taking place at Oriental Massage in Waite Park.

Task Force investigators stopped several people leaving the business who admitted to paying for various sexual acts. Investigators also conducted an inspection of the business and found a female worker who was being held against her will. The worker said she was forced to work long hours and perform sex acts on customers.

Jiang and Wittner were both taken to the Stearns County Jail and are being held on charges of Promotion of Prostitution. The investigation still remains active.
