1. When and why did you get involved with 88.1 FM    

Fall 2022. I got involved because I had a slight interest in radio when I enrolled at SCSU. I felt like the environment was one I wanted to be a part of when I toured and visited on my own time.  

2. What show(s) do you currently host on KVSC? 

Tuesday Noon Newswatch/Hockey 

3. Please list some of the artists and musicians that you consider a must-play on your show(s). 

The Band Camino, Jxdn, Daughtry, Jacob Lee, Jon Bellion, Judah & the Lion, Shinedown, Social House, Switchfoot, Yungblud 

4. What music do you listen to when you’re not tuned into KVSC? 

Country, Hip-hop/rap, pop, r&b, indie, other alternative/rock, metal, Christian  

5. What is the most embarrassing (perhaps even shameful) music phase you have gone through?  

Either being a massive Justin Bieber fan when Purpose came out or emo music phase even tho I never acted emo. Still listen to both, and anything else I liked before, to this day. More of a chapter than a phase since I add music to my collection. I don’t stop listening to anything unless the artist(s) give me a reason to. 

6. What are your hobbies and/or interests? 

Sports, mainly football, and fishing. Anything outdoors, especially on the water, is exciting to me. Love keeping in touch with the hometown boys by playing video games with them.  

7. When you are not at work or KVSC where can you most likely be found? 

The Herb Brooks National Hockey Center, in my room, or out and about with friends 

8. What’s the most challenging part of being a radio DJ? 

Pronouncing challenging words or names correctly 

9. What would you like to be doing in five years? 

Working in Sports Media
