The Granite City Folk Society is hosting the trio Partly Tame.

The group is comprised of  composer-performer Mariénne Kreitlow, violinist Cristina Seaborn and vocalist Susan  Schleper. Partly Tame offers  “music that disregards classification and boundaries.” The band members include a sculptor, a \dancer and they perform original music.

One critic writes they perform a wonderful variety of songs, with harmonies reminiscent of Trio (Ronstadt, Harris and Parton) with gorgeous violin solos and counter-melodies woven through.

The concert is Friday, March 3rd starting at 7 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in St. Cloud.
