The St. Cloud City Council recently approved the construction for a new skate park to be built in the city.  A process spanning over a decade, the project owes respect to 17-year-old Austin Lee for his voice in brining the project to Central Minnesota.  KVSC’s Kevin Hurd and Zach Fisch spoke with Austin soon after the proposal was finally passed.
